Subscribe in your calendar app
To enable one-click subscribe links, set PUBLIC_CALENDAR_ICS_URL in the environment to your calendar’s
secret or public iCal address from Google Calendar (Integrate calendar → copy the ICS link). That format works
with Gmail, Outlook, Apple, and most other calendars.
